Pillow Blocks - Case Hardened Steel Shafting - Support Rails

LEE Control's roller bearing slide tables have many advantages over typical recirculating ball bearing slide tables. At the heart of each system are Lee Controls Roller Bearing Pillow Blocks riding on our 60 Plus® linear shafting. This combination creates a truly smooth running slide which can tolerate hostile environments. Our Basic Slide allows you to use the drive of your choice. The Full Slide comes standard with a preloaded ball screw nut and a precision rolled ball screw.

LEE Controls Systems offer pre-matched components that are a cost effective alternative to purchasing individual components. Each system is manufactured from quality linear motion components.

Precision case hardened and ground steel shafting stocked in 60 Plus® C1060, 440C stainless, and 52100 tubular with over 60 diameters in stock. The 60 Plus® and 440C are stocked pre-drilled and the 60 Plus® is available pre-drilled in metric. Secondary operations are readily and economically performed by trained machinists who have extensive experience working with case hardened material using specially designed tools and modern machinery.

The patented free rolling pillow block solves many of the problems associated with recirculating ball pillow blocks. Benefits include the capability to run in a higher contaiminant environment, less maintenance, higher load capacities, longer travel life, and each roller can be replaced without scrapping the entire pillow block.

Supports are avialable in the standard "SR", "LSR", and "SB" type.
