The Mereco Division is a highly specialized manufacturer of epoxy, urethane, silicone, UV curable and cyanoacrylate resins. A classic niche marketing strategy has evolved so that Mereco, long positioned as a captive supplier to major electronic component manufacturers, is now poised to present our technologies and capabilities into more commercial markets and applications. It is our stated purpose to function as an extension of our customers design and engineering team, working with you from material, property, and process concept and design, into full scale development and production to service your needs.

Special Resin Packaging

Mereco's DMS Inc. division manufactures resins in special packaging designs as follows:

• Dual cartridges: Packaging in sizes of 50 ml, 200 ml, and 400 ml, and ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, or 10:1, this design eliminates hand weighing and mixing. Available with static mixers and hand-held or pneumatic dispensing units.
• Premixed and frozen resins in syringes: Packaging in sizes of 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, and 30cc. Available with tips and dispensing units.
• Two-component cartridge systems: Packaging in sizes of 1 oz., 2.5 oz, 6 oz., 8 oz., 1/10th gallon, and 20 oz. Available in injection and barrier designs.
• Pre-measured kits: Packaging of exact resin/activator ratios in jars, cans, syringes, vials, or bottles.
• Tube sets: Packaging of resins and activator in 1 oz., and 2 oz. metal tube sets.
• M-Cups: Small quantity packaging of pre-mixed and frozen resin in single unit plastic cups. Available for 1-3 grams of resin.
• Metre-pak two-part divided pouches: Contains unreacted resin and activator in any size up to 250 grams. Simply remove the plastic divider, thoroughly mix the resin and activator, and apply to the substrate.
